My computer has had major problems with explorer since installing NetZero.
Internet Explorer now crashes as soon as it starts up. The computer displays an error message that explorer has crashed and the computer should be restarted at startup. I cannot open anything on the desktop (my computer). I cannot open Windows Explorer either. I tried both repairing IE and reinstalling IE but neither have worked. Please help.

Try this:
Check your Internet options settings and see if they are set correctly. If no, correct them. If yes, continue...
Backup your NetZero software. Or, if you know you can download it again, don't bother.
Try deleting NetZero via the Add/Remove option in Control Panel.
Then see if you can get IE up. If not, re-install IE. If IE does start, then re-install Netzero.
If still problems, check the NetZero.com site to see if they have a Problem List.
