I had gotten a virus on my computer that infected a file called uuor.exe. The file was corrupted and when I tried to re install Win 98 SE I got an error message saying that the exe file is needed to run all applications. Can anyone please tell me where I can get a copy of this file so I can re-install it. Thank you.

I suspect that particular file is related to the virus.
Try fixing the .exe association by following the following instructions borrowed from a more knowledable person than myself. (reghakr)
To restore the EXE association, open Notepad (on another machine) and copy and paste the following between the lines and save the file as exefix.reg. Double-click on the file to merge the contents into the registry.

Perhaps you will not have to reinstall Windows.HTH
