I have computer that was used at an Elementary school and I want help remove it’s old domain names and networking settings. The problem is that I don’t know the administrative password. I want to make this computer so you don’t have to login to a network. I want to make the computer “mine”. (FYI) I have a Windows Vista computer that I will be using to communicate with you guys.

Windows 98 doesn't have Administrator passwords. I agree with Bob. Reinstall the OS.
