I have a problem. Compaq tells me my Windows 98 files have been corrupted because my machine says it can only be started in command mode and none of the commands respond. They told me to go to bootdisk.com and download a new Windows 98 bootdisk. When I try, I get an error message that says my floppy can't be acceded. Check another application don't use it. What am I doing wrong.

Best idea is to go to the bottom of the main white page (the one with all the posted listed) and create a new posting. Otherwise it will get a bit confusing on here.
