You are evidently running 640x480 resolution. Most all sites are best viewed in 800x600 or higher.

Is this a new problem? Did you recently install Win98 or a new video card?

Start by enabling the largest screen resolution your computer/monitor will comfortably allow. Then experiment with the default fonts to get text which is readable for you, but no bigger than you need. Then, try using the "view" adjustments on your browser to change how pages are displayed within the window.
