You could try the HP website or Google around. This freebie program will confirm the details to search for and probably give a website link too: EVEREST
Display/Windows video is the best place to look in Everest. You might need chipset drivers.
do u have any driver cd supplied with your pc? if you have it, try re installing the video drivers and it will set things right. if you dont, try googling for the type of driver needed.

No I dont. I got it form somebody and they asked me to fix it. I asked for it and they said they lost it. I also tired googleing it but nothing came up.
