Hello All,

For some reason, Windoes 98 SE does not always "see" the D: partition on FIRST boot. When this happens, I need to reboot the computer so that Windows 98 SE can "see" the partition. Why is this and how can I stop this from happening?

Thankx for your time,
Eric Caward

Hi,
I have the exact same problem and I don't why either. I installed WinNT on my D: drive when I noticed the problem, the d: drive also has two W: drives as well, real strange.....
