i have a 98 disk and i was reading the readme and its in a differant language. if i tried to install it, will everything be in that language after the installation or can i choose english instead?

Sounds like you have a non-english version, in which case I would have thought everything will be in that language.

Look at the files in Windows Explorer and see if there is any other .txt file there. If that is also non-english it will kinda prove the point.
