It could be many things. Check to see that your Virtual memorey is to a set amount of 2-3 times your RAM. Turn off any Power Management that you have running in the Windows Control Panel and in the BIOS. If it is a new system that you have it may also be that you have a bad Motherboard and or CPU.
Good Luck
Doc

well i have a problam with my computer, it freezes every 10 minutes or so but you don't have to reset it, after freezing for about 5 seconds it will then continue to run as normal for the next 10 minutes untill it does the same thing.
what do i do

Hey,
I have almost the same problems as all of you. When running just the smallest programs, it freezes up. I have a P II 400 Mhz, 40 X CD-ROM, 16 bit-3dfx, iomega re-writable, and 64 RAM. Have you guys tried the VXD_Fix program?? It clears up a bit of freezing, and Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. Look for an "OLE Automation fix". This fixes spontaneous lockups that occur on your Windows 98 platform. But I need more help then that, because I have severe prblems!! Anyone that can help, e-mail j_o_h_n_6@hotmail.com , it would be apprieciated... Thanks,John
