I am reinstalling Windows 95 for a friend. She previously had 95b on her system and I am trying to install 95 with USB support. After formating the harddrive (via MS-DOS)and booting from the 95 CD, I get the error message 'No Intel 82430FX/HX chipset found'. My chipset is ATi. So how do I get it to recognize this chipset exists?

All Windows 95B had USB support early versions came with the software on a floppy later had on the CD. I believe the chipset is not ATI because they make graphics cards, the Intel Chipset has support for the USB ports and is saying that it can not find a compatible chipset on the Motherboard, therefore the question is, is it an OEM full copy of WIN95B or C or a Manufacturers OEM copy for a specific PC??

USB support in Win95B is usually installed after installation as an add-on!
