Windows 95 does not have anything resembling system restore. This feature was first introduced in Windows ME.
One option would be to do a repair install.
You could also describe the issues you are having.

Starting with 98 you could restore the registry to an earlier date but that feature isn't available with 95 either. And it isn't anything like a system restore.

If you're gonna stick with 95, for future reference, you can add the scanreg files from 98 and edit the registry to automatically back it up on startup.
