I have a friends PC here that is only used for her toddlers. It gets stuck on the Microsoft Windows 95 logo. Does fine in safe mode. Any ideas? (3 months into College for PC repairs and I think I'm a techie already, lol)

I don't think your situation is exactly the same but try installing the msconfig I linked to there. Also boot up using the bootlog.txt option and check that file.

Open msdos.sys with notepad. Change Logo=1 to Logo=0. Without the logo, you may be able to see why it's hanging.
