You say "i have the installation on my own backup..." - what does that mean? If you want to install Windows 98, you'll need a Windows 98 cd, and the (a) correct cd key code. You'll also want to have all of your Win 98 device drivers ready for things like modems, video card, sound card, ect. If you have a Win 98 upgrade CD, you could just update Win 95 to 98 and all settings and drivers would be retained.

Download a 98 boot disk image (www.bootdisk.com). Click on the image file to make the bootdisk. Boot your machine with this disk choosing CDROM support. Note the drive letter assigned to your cd drive. With the cd in the drive, type in;

X:\setup

where X is the letter assigned to the cdrom drive.
