My wife has bought a Compaq laptop (refurbished) without an OS. It has a floppy drive only. Would appreciate any help in finding Windows 95 and Dos 6.2 on floppies so we can get her unit up and running. Thanks......SSmith

do you have a win95b cd? there is a way to put it on disk and then install it on the other system

Who cares if you work for Microsoft. Windows is nothing more than a pain in the a_s. And yes there is a way to put windows 95B on floppydisk from a cdrom. you have to know whitch files goes on disk 1 & 2 It takes 28 floppydisk.

I would love to find this download. My computer's previous owner installed Win '95 on this computer with a CD and I only have the floppies (original version). I can burn the CD, I just need the files. Is your version A or B? Thanks!

Im not looking for windows 95, but wondering if there is anywhere i can down load Windows Me edition for free cos i have the product code but have lost my Cd somewhere. I need to rebuild me machine urgently with it after virus attack.

I do need ms-dos6.22 I have a copy on 3 1/2 floppies but my disk 3 is broken and I can't get it to load. I also have it on old 5 inch floppys but can't copy it on small ones.HELP!! thanks Doe
