Windows 2000 professional safe mode

I have windows 2000 professional in one of my pc's. The computer will start in safe mode only. I rebooted many times and still the same. Please help, if you have any recommendations.

This is do to a conflict. Take out all unneeded hardware. Try the installation again. Add the hardware back after the OS is up and running fine. Do this one piece at a time and you should be able to determine what is causing the conflict.

Find a file named Wnbootng.sts and delete it
wnbootng.sts is created when a boot starts and deleted when a boot ends succesfully
