when i open a window in internet explorer to a web page everything works great my ? is. Is there a way to open a window as above and then be able to open another window for a dif URL at the same time so as you then have two internet explorer windows open on your screen i know you would have to Minize both to fit on the screen at the same time if you had two dif browers installed could you run both at the same time and accomplish this if not with just internet explorer thanks for looking

Yes, you can open a second, third etc. window for different URL's using Internet Explorer at the same time. Just click on your IE icon in the quick launch bar (right to the Start button) or double click on the IE icon on the Desktop.

Yes you may open as many as you want. Right Click the link and Select Open in New Window.

Also from Ie click 'File' and then 'New' and then 'Window'.

After you open as many Windows as you like, in order to take a look at more than one of them, click on an empty area of the Taskbar, and select: Tile Windows Horizontally, or Tile Windows Vertically, so you can see as many Windows as you like. (When you want to go back to Normal, go to the Taskbar again, but this time select: Undo Tile.)
IMO the screen does get messy and confusing. Much rather go the Alt+Tab route and switch between open Windows easily.
