does anyone know how to fix these? they are continous popup windows and i can't find any virus, have restarted the computer, and it keeps happening....like every 30 seconds or so. VERY annoying!!! help please!

socket error is 10049 on api "connect" and 11001 api "async lookup".....sorry, last message didnt include all that. (at top of message the blue area says "WinUpd32" which is also weird as i'm on a 64????)
