Its me again.
When i click on my computer explore the window opens but the panel on the left[registry] is not there just an X.
Can someone help. Thanks

Hi spruce

Try this first...
RUN Regedit and navigate to...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

Look in the right pane for an entry called ExplorerBar.

Delete it and reboot.

The problem can also be to a corrupot installation of Internet Explorer.
There are a few registry edits to do, depending on what version of IE you have.

What version IE are you using ?
