It's available here:

... but it's part of a pretty big d/l (44Mb!)

I've got the DOS version (ndd.exe) if you want to try it out (quite a bit smaller)

Jboy, will that work in 98SE, FAT32 hard drives, LFN support? If so,,,,,,,,,,

Not 100% sure on FAT32, but I would tend to think so, it's part of the 'rescue disk' Norton Office 2000 sets up for when your system goes funky.
Interested? 300K zipped.
Same 'style' as all the old Norton versions.
