win98se and nt on 2 harddisk

I have 2 hdds, how do I dual boot win98se on 1 hdd and nt on the other? I want the win98 drive to be fat 16

You have to install the older OS (win98) first and then NT. I believe NT has a dual boot function built into it. (* will do much better in Fat 32 format. fat16 was for 95.
