win98 se psapi.dll and scvinit.exe

Hi. I´ve just reinstalled win98 after a complete format. Now, every time I start windows, a message pops up saying (in spanish, I´m from chile): el archivo PSAPI.DLL está vinculado a un NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualMemory de exportación que no existe which is the same as saying that psapi.dll is linked to blablabla of export that doesn´t exist. What can I do? (BTW, I deleted iedll.exe because it was giving me trouble). The other thing is that sometimes, after a while, another message pops up saying something like scvinit.exe error and something about a buffer overrun.

Go to www.excite.com and do a search for PSAPI.DLL and another for NTDLL.DLL you'll find your answers and dlls there.

I am running Windows98se on my computer and had the same msg: info32.exe and psapi.dll missing at start up (see also other forum)+slow browser. Thanks to Tufenuf and his hint to install and run the cwshredder.exe my computer runs normal again. Thanks
