I have HP brio system. IT has win98OS. But suddenly ,when it goes to normal mode while starting windows, it is restarting . It is running in safe mode properly. I have following steps are done.
1. Windows all drivesrs removed. 2. Rebuilding registry. 3. Windows setup reinstalled in same directory 4. Windows setup reinstalled in different directory.
