Same with me, I have a problem for using RTL8019A chip. Hardware's jumper doesn't exist, so when IRQ, I/O conflict I could not solve this problem

To set IRQ or I/O settings on a realtek PnP card you need the config/diag proggy, Like for an RTL8019 you need RTL8019SET, which will aloow you to change the IRQ and udda stuff
