Hi, I've been trying network 3 computers for nearly 2 weeks and it's driving me up the wall. I have 3 Win98 PCs, each with Netgear network cards and also purchased a simply Netgear 4 user 10BaseT Hub. After installing the cards, I loaded the proper protocols (IPX, NetBEUI, TCP/IP) and then I assigned different IPs to each one, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.1.2, etc. but the computers still don't see each other. They each have different names but same workgroup. The lights on the hub indicates correct operation and the computers can all Ping each other, but will not show up on Network Neighborhood. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Will,
The only way you will be able to see your computers in network neighborhood is if you share you files. Right click on network neighborhood and then properties. Press the File and Print sharing button near the bottom of that window. Check both boxes and say ok. Then go to each PC and share one of the folders on it. Then you should see them!

I am setting up six computers with one as the server. I am going to be using Win98 on the server and Win95 and 98 on the other machines. I would like to know where I could find information on setting this up.

Thank you.
