I have 2 win98 comps running and connected by cable. The problem is, both get ip adresses like: 0.0.0.0 and 0.0.0.0 (sub). Ethernet works just fine, so thats not the problem. I tried to disable this in the registry by installing ipac_off from the win-cd. That did not help. Settings in the network settings are ok (disable DNS...get Ip by DHCP...) I had a third comp before with win95 running. There it worked just perfect. Can anyone help???
