Win98 & iexplore.exe

I'm a computer dummy and I don't understand what to do. I'm trying to open .jpg files and it says it can't find iexplore.com. I found on the internet somebody said i need to find iexplore.exe on the internet and put in my netscape folder ander programs. The only iexplore.exe file I can fing is for win95 and my computer won't run that because i running win98 PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Win98 comes integrated with Internet Explorer.

Download picture viewer such as IRVIEW from http://softwarecenter.net/irfanview/ and run it. Open Options,properties, extentions. Put check mark next to JPG/JPEG( also,check GIF, TIFF, BMP if you want to) Click on JPEG image you want to see and IRVIEW will open the picture for you :}

I am unable to find iexplore.exe on my PC the iexplore icon on my desktop does not work, thus I am unable to open internet explorer what do I do.
