Win95 mouse driver for dell latitude CPi

When I start up my laptop in normal mode an error comes up, saying Mouser.dir not installed, and it shuts down. where can I find this driver and how do I install it?

Rob, I forgot to tell you I've a Dell Latitude CPi Laptop and can't find Mouser.dir on my hard disk (Ws98SE). Do you use touch pad or an external mouse? Gérard from Paris, France
