I have WIN 98 and WIN 2000 installed on seperate partitions. When starting up my computer hangs up on the Windows98 logo screen. No error message.

I can access WIN 2000, but when I go to the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs, it indicates that I have no programs installed on my computer. Please help!!!
