WAOL CAUSED AN INVALID PAGE FAULT IN MODULE wininet, dll at 017f:76283656. This problem occurs when I go to a page on eBay or some other internet sites. I get disconnected from AOL. It does not effect all of my internet stops. I see remedies for Win95 at Q160256. What about Win98? I am working with a Dell Dimension XPS T600. I have cleared temporary internet files and history on AOL. I have run sfc on the system. Nothing helped. Thanks, Andrea

Only other thing I could think of would be to get a new wininet.dll file. Make sure it is the same version by checking the properties for the file. It is a microsoft file and this is the version on my win95 pc at work: 4.72.2106.5 Let me know if you need it and I can e-mail it to you. I have win98 at home so I probably have a newer version of it at home.
