hi, i have a number of windows 98 clients on our Lan. in order for a piece od software to work i need all clients to synchronise their time with the Server. the server is a windows 2003 server. windows 2000 clients synchronise fine, but win98 time has to be set manually. does anybody know how i can get the win98 clients to synchronise with the time on the server? thanks

There are lots of freeware time sync apps that work in Win98 can be set to access whatever server you want - it doesn't matter whether the server uses windows 2003 server or Linux or whatever.

I don't know about that, but you should be able to install the app on each Win98 computer and run it as a Startup program.
