win 98 SU0013 error

CPU/Ram: .7mhz/256

Am trying to reinstall win98 from dos. have formatted c:drive Keep getting the SU0013 message. any suggestions on how to get around this problem? As far as I know this drive does not have any of the situations mentioned in the SU0013 message.

How large is the hard drive? What does fdisk option (4) show for the drive's status?
