Win 98 skips my startup disk

OS: Windows 98
CPU/Ram: ~660 MHz/256 MB Ram

I created a windows 98 start up disk using the control panel then add/remove programs and I put it in the drive and no matter if I shutdown my computer or just restart it when it starts up windows will start with out the floppy drive even using the startup disk. Please help.

Go into your BIOS (on boot it will say "press F3" or whatever to enter "setup", and change the boot order so that floppy is first and hard drive 2nd.

Ahhh thankyou very much O.o actualy f4 skips the master things and del will enter the set up if I remember correctly

I'm not sure what you mean with f4 skips the master things, but the del key doesn't apply to all systems.
