win 98 giving a dll error

Whenever I load rainbow six I get this message Vct3215.dll and microsofts page regarding it isn't very helpful. I was wondering if anyone knows a link where I can download the dll also where does microsoft store the .dll so I can paste it there.

vct3215.dll is not a windows file It must be a file from rainbow six that is missing or corrupt. Go to start /find/files and folders, Type vct3215.dll Click on FIND NOW. See what it finds, and its location. I do not know what Rainbow Six is? so you may have to reload the program again.
