I want to install NT on a 2nd drive but can't get past the select disk point. I'll want to dual boot once I get it installed.

Any pointers?

hhhmmmmm have you a Fat32 on your drives?....if so, NT can't recognize it.
Get Partition Magic (3.x or 4.x) and format in FAT(not 32) at leaste the 2nd drive.
The cheapest way.

If you insist on win95 as fat32

Install NT4 on the beginning of the hard drive as NTFS (recommend 2 gig partition)

reboot with a Win95b boot disk after NT is finished

use fdisk to create a primary partion

1st primary partion will be ntfs(mark active)
2nd PRIMARY partion will be Fat32
(or better yet Fat16)

it IS possible to add FAT32 selection to the NT bootmenu.
Read:
and includes how to add FAT32 to an NT bootmenu..and another method to do a Fat32/ntfs dual boot

(Partition Magic is not the "cheapest way")
