You can remove the startup screen by using a Microsoft powertoy called TweakUI but I doubt that is what is taking your computer a while to load. I suggest that you look in your config.sys and autoexec.bat and find device drivers that you can REM out by putting the words REM in front of the line. Thats usually what causes a slow load. Hi,
If you move Logo.sys file in another directory, as SAHIDUR RAHAMAN suggested, you just would see standard logo of Win95. If you wand to remove logo completly, open Msdos.sys file and in [Options] section add the line:
Logo=0
Good luck, Igor M

You can also add a line to MSDOS.SYS under [Options] BootDelay=0
Microsoft purposefully puts a bootup delay. This will help a little.
