Comment:

it seems like everytime I go to an internet website, the page opens in a reduced size and I'm constantly having to maximizing them.

I can't think of any time that I'd want the to open other than maximized....Is there a way to make them all open "full screen"?

thanks

I'd guess that it's not the webpage but your browser. Most likely at one point when you closed the browser, you had it at a smaller size and it's reopening at that size. I have this problem sometimes too. You'd think that if you'd maximize the browser, then close it, that it would open next time maximized. But this doesn't seem to always be true. I haven't paid enough attention to figure out the magic sequence to getting the browser to open maximized once it's is opening at a reduced size.

When in IE, open a new window then drag the window to the size you like then hold down
CTRL and close window by clicking on X in top right corner of screen.. that should do the trick...

And to go to the next step and/or another route...

Right click on your IE desktop or QuickLaunch Icon and select Properties.
In that window select "Run" = Maximized

That will take care of the first window.

For the second window, open the first winfdow by clicking on the shortcut mentioned earlier.
Find a link, right click on it to open the new window.
Drag the edges to the size you want.
Close the first window.
Then close the second or new window.

Note: There is no such thing as a 'Maximized' New window only Normal or minimized.

Use the arrows at the edge of the browser to strech it to desired size then the next time you open it will open to that size remembering it as your preferred screen size. hope this helps.
