Before while I turn on the PC, it quickly run and fast bootup to desktop. After install networking card and take away window logon, the pc is running very slow at startup, it take very long to bootup to desktop, some time it stop at win98 photo for few minutes before go to desktop. I don't know why networking card can slow down PC bootup speed ? I know this problem is networking card, but I don't know how to fix it ?

I`d say its trying to log onto the network, try setting it to log on only whne required as opposed to every time it boots, forget how but i think its in the network settings icon in control panel, hope this helps

Check the TCP/IP setting in your "Network" under control panel.
Most likely, the OS is trying to find a DHCP server to get an IP address from. There's a timeout it has to wait for, and if there's no server, if eventually fails and finishes booting.
