Why it doesnt show?

Recently, whatever desktop items or folder or file i point to, the pop up description show nothing. What can i do to solve it? It causing inconvenient to me when there is too much file opened at the same time and no description shown on the file where my cursor place on.

Open My computer/View/Folder Options/View tab and select `Show pop-up description for folder and desktop item'.s

The option 'Show pop-up description for folder and desktop item' is already being selected, but the problem still exist. it did show the pop-up box but there is no content in the pop-up box. Please help me!!!!
