i am currently using win 98 as my os. i would like to have some opinion on other os (eg : win nt, xp, me, 2000) and their system requirements. thanks.

I like WIN98SE. I have heard that WIN ME is not much of an improvement but I don’t run it so I don’t have personal experience.
We have WIN XP Home on one computer at home and I don’t like the GUI and I don’t like how proprietary it is but eventually, WIN98 will lose Microsoft support so, what are going to do?
I’ve heard that WIN 2K is good for business applications.
I don’t know much about NT.
Every computer I build or buy right now is getting WIN98SE.

What are you using your computer for? |If you are using it to play games stick with Win 98 SE it is must stable, but for networking systems and applications go for Win 2k pro its great.

2kPro or XP Pro PERIOD ! No ifs ands or buts, those are the ONLY two OS's.

i like win200 and win xp (both).
they are simple, but powerful. In windows xp, there are waaaaaaaaaaay less crashes
