Where to move Temporary Internet Files

I understand it is best to move the Temporary Internet Files out of the Windeows Folder for speed.
I have the option of moving it somewhere else on the C: Drive, or onto a second Hard Drive (it's newer, biger, faster). I have plenty of room on both drives.
I have my TIF files on another partition, which in your case would mean your second hard drive.
Advantage 1 - less fragmentation of C as TIF are being written to your second drive.
Advantage 2 - for the security conscious, TIF in a nonstandard location presents another challenge / obstacle to a hacker.
Go into "Internet options" and check under 'Advanced' "Empty TIF when Browser closed". or use one of the .bat files that you can find from this site, "delindex.bat" is touted highly by the users on this site.
