where to find lagging program?

hello,
i play an online billiards game called "carom3d". many people lag the game when i play forcing me to exit so i lose points and they gain points. they freeze the game forcing me to leave due to time constraint. ive searched everywhere i know for possible lagging programs, or maybe im not searching correctly. admins ignore my cries. i would like to know where they get programs to lag the game, or would like to know how they lag this game.
this is really important to me,so ur help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Are you `sure' that it's not you that's lagging? It doesn't sound reaaonable that someone else could cause you to lag.

hello,
i am 100% positive that its not myself. many other players fall victim to lag when they play certain people. if 10 people complain about the same person, are they all wrong. this is how i know.

I doubt if it's a separate program. It's more likely that someone has found a quirk in the game that you are playing.

well, i guess that very well could be. maybe i should try experimenting and see what i can do.
Summary: Trying to load drivers for USB scanner and it ask for the WIN98SE disk to get the file pmxscan.sys from. I put in the disk and it doesn't find it. Any suggestions on where to find the file. ...
