where to download IE5.5

anyone got any idea where i can download internet explorer 5.5 with SP2? i cant find it on the microsoft website or anywhere, only IE 6 is available. i dont wanna use 6 coz its causing my comp problems.

thanks JPW, a good site but the server is way too slow. not even 2kbps it'll take 23 hours to download. :S

I would check Lightspeeds site,There you can find almost anything and I know that he carries IE5.5 sp2, because that is where I got mine at. http://www.megspace.com/computers/lightspeedref/lightspeed95.html#Browsers

Hi wII84... Lightspeeds site has the full version of IE5.5 SP2. It's an executable file that you can store on your HDD and install it from there. I've used it myself. You will need some security updates from M$. Regards - Ray
