Click on Windrivers icon on the left side of the site, the flashing black thingy!
It's the best place to find any driver availabe for download...

I`ve got a Creative Labs Sb16 Sound Card Installed and On Win95 It worked perfectly,but Now On My Win98 it keeps on with that Annoying TICK sounds !! How can I Help it? Would any drivers do for better?

I bought 5 of these soundcards, each came with a driver disk for W31 &W95. Says DOS too, but It seems to be for running DOS games under Windows. I'll try to Upload to driverguide or wherever you would like.
