There is a big difference between the two. USB(Universal Serial Bus) is a port you can connect devices to. Such as video cameras, modems, joysticks. I'm having a mental block on OEM. I think it's when you buy a product but it doesn't come with the extra software bundle, so it saves you money.

Hi Howard:Oem stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.....JDog is right...the dictionary states it as "one that produces complex equiptment from components" I had to look it up.I thought it stood for Old Electric Motors :)
