OS: Win 98
CPU/Ram: Pentium 3

I'm running Win 98 and had no probs til now. When i start the computer the explorer browser opens and tries to display a file called msc0nfig.jpe and wont continue start until I close the browser (it thinks it's a jpeg but it isn't). What is msc0nfig.jpe ? and What should I do?

Msconfig allows you to check and adjust startup procedure. Msc0nfig is something else. Check this winME post:
