That's odd, my W98SE machine has got neither m1rmmon.exe or anything called rundell32 on it.
Bob Tell me more.

I have had a long look using Google and yes I did find that m1rmmon.exe (sorry I queried it as possible typo).
It "seems" it is tied up with Mpact Mediaware for Video or DVD card and is on Gateway machines.
If you search using Google "Groups" and read between a lot of lines then search some more you will be as wise (or unwise) as me.
Right clicking the file and looking in Properties/Version may help. It may mention the word (firm?) Chromatic.
Sorry that's not too much help but I feel certain it is not a normal W98SE file. I'm unsure where BogBob got his information so let's hope he pops back to let us know.
