I am currently using AMD K2 300 processor, I have recently found out my motherboard will take upto K2 450 processor. Do you think it is worth upgrading?

Depends on what os your using. If 95 your pretty well off but if you have 98 you'll notice it runs quicker on a 400 or above AMD. If you do have 95 and go to a 350 or higher you'll have to download a patch for the chip or you'll get protection errors. Hope this helps. Al
