Hello Ashan,
It seems to be related with something called "Power", watch if your have programs or applications called "power" into your computer, you can also download from Microsoft a small freeware program called MSconfig.exe which will tell you all residents programs activated in your computer when you sign on....

Howdy Ahsan,
sounds me to ( and I could be wrong : ) that the card you have is an old dedicated 3d card called an m3D. It was the Matrox answer to the Voodoo I series of accelerators but used the PowerVR chipset. Its a 4MB card and requires to run alongside an existing PCI or AGP 2D card and is by todays standards obsolete.

I have included a link below to the manufacturers web site so you can get more info on this mysterious card : )

http://www.matrox.com/mga/products/m3d/home.cfm

I hope this has helped.

Scott
