I was having trouble with my old computer and someone suggested doing FDISK and FORMATING. FDISK was successful, formatting worked after several tries. Now I am stuck at a DOS prompt. What do I do next to reinstall windows 95?

Hi:
Boot from a Win98 or Win95 Startup disk that has CD drivers on it. Insert your Windows 95 CDROM into the drive. Type X: at the DOS prompt, where X is the letter for your CDROM . . . Drive D: most likely . . . and hit enter. You will now have a D:\ Prompt . . . type "setup" without the quotes and hit enter.
you will need to your computer to a windows95bootdisk and start it with cdrom support at the prompt.once you get an A:\ prompt type the drive letter of your cdrom and press enter then type SETUP at the cdrom prompt then follow the rest of the instructions
