I have a Compaq Contura Aero 4/33c with win95 and i have a Megahertz eithernet/modem combo adapter. The adapter is working properly and everything is set up perfect in the Network Properties box and i have "File sharing" enabled but when i right-click on the "c" drive in My Computer, there is no sharing option. And, even though it shows that the network protocalls are installed, they are not. Also, my desktop (and every other computer with win95) always asks for files if i just open the Network Properties window, this dosn't. Basically, it won't ask for the files it just puts the little icon into the list. There is not a letter after the version number in the system properties box (it was installed off of floppies) so i guess it is a very old version of '95.

Could 4mb of ram cause this??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
